What can I do in the 'Your Organisation' tab?
Your Organisation
Analytics
This is the built-in TalentMapper reporting suite, comprising of the following sections:
- Health check - an overview of critical role coverage, diversity, employee churn and internal mobility
- Onboarding - a funnel to overview the following:
- Invited - the number of users within the CSV file uploaded to TalentMapper
- Activated - the number of users who have ‘signed up’ to TalentMapper
- Onboarding Completed - the number of users who have completed the onboarding steps when signing up
- Profiles Updated - the number of users who have further updated their profiles (inc CV upload, additional skills added, career history)
- Projects - an overview of the following:
- Draft - projects created but not published
- Open - projects open to users
- Staffed - projects fully staffed to their requirements
- Completed - projects that have been completed
- Project application funnel - who has viewed, applied, accepted and rejected project invites
- Project details - an overview of the project including status, start and end date, users involved, and required time per user to complete the project
Skills
Here we have an overview of skills within your organisation. The home screen shows a skills map which represents the number of active users with a specific skill, or a group of skills. The larger the circle, the more users who have this specific skill associated to their profile.
Within this section, you are able to filter this section by department, team, role title or the ‘source’ of the skill.
Within the search bar in the top right of the skills map, you can also search for a specific skill to highlight within the map.
The ‘Skill Breakdown’ table displays list of all individual skills across the organisation, how many employees hold that skill, and with the ability to ‘highlight on map’, or ‘see details’. Clicking ‘see details’ will take us through to a supply and demand trend against that particular skill, as well as a distribution of this particular skill by department. By clicking through the bar chart, you are able to see individuals within each department within this particular skill.
This can also be done by searching within the ‘find talent’ section of the platform.
Roles
The roles section contains every live role within your organisation. This data is taken from your CSV file upload, or our integration with your HRIS.
The definitions of each column within this table are as follows (as per current data set within TalentMapper):
- Employees - number of employees in that job role
- Recs - number of employees who have been provided this job role as a recommendation
- Open jobs - the number of open job postings of this specific role
- Eye - the number of users who have added this role to their ‘watchlist’ to receive alerts when the job becomes available
- Thumbs up - the number of users who have ‘liked’ this recommendation
- Thumbs down - the number of users who have ‘disliked’ this recommendation
- Critical Role - yes/no - whether the role has been marked as critical fotr succession planning
- Override - the ‘edit’ button here allows us to manually edit the job role, description, associated skills or job families associated to this role. We can do this manually using your job descriptions/role profiles, or we can hit the ‘fill form’ button to AI generate a role based on industry standards
Succession Planning
This section provides a list of all roles within your organisation. The number next to the people emoji provides the number of suggested successors for this role.
When clicking through to the role, you will see the skills associated to the role, the related job titles, and the list of successor(s) based on their skills, experience and how their profile matches up against the ‘role’ or job description.
Data Upload
This section is simply for ‘Platform Admins’ to upload their latest CSV data file directly and securely to TalentMapper. This is used as an option if we are not integrated with your HRIS.
